The hotel had very few non-smoking rooms, and if they were full, you felt like staying inside an ashtray due to the strong bad smell. However, the rooms provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including tea and coffee making facilities.

The hotel rooms are a bit old compared to others at the same price point, and there was a bad smell in my room which was not pleasant. The housekeeping, particularly in the toilet, was just okay but not very impressive.

On the bright side, the service was excellent, especially in the breakfast hall which was welcoming and the staff were very gentle and friendly. The location was convenient, being situated between Abha and Khamis, perfect for expats exploring the area. However, the dining options were limited, and the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired.
